How long will it take to ship my order?
Please be aware that additional processing time is needed for special orders and personalized products, as these items are made specifically for you.
When you add an item to your shopping bag, we provide an estimated processing time and standard shipping delivery date. Expedited shipping options are available during checkout. You will receive a notification email once each item has been shipped.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately at different times. To ensure that your items arrive on time for your event, please refer to the estimated delivery dates shown in your shopping bag, as many of our styles are made to order. We take great care to ensure the quality of each product and its preparation for shipping, and we appreciate your patience while we process your order.
Note:
For orders placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping fees are determined by the total value of your order. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the pre-tax purchase amount.

Except for orders that are specifically marked as 48H Shipping on the website, the processing time for normal orders is 10-15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If there are any significant delays with your order, we will notify you with email.
Rush Order
We also offer an expedited service for customers who need a dress urgently you can the service of rush order for some styles. You can choose the Arrival Date on the option on our product page. When you choose a very early date, the system will automatically calculate the extra cost of the rush production for your dress and there will be a visible sign on the price. However, if you receive the dress at a very late date, we will give you a 5% discount. In order to have enough time to make you a better-fitting and more sophisticated dress, you'd better place your order early.
Anymore, if you do not receive your order within the time frame you choose, we will offer you limited reimbursement.
How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on current local, state, and federal regulations. For international orders, applicable duties, taxes, and VAT as determined by the destination customs authority will be included. Taxes will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.
How can I make a tax-exempt purchase?
