Returns/Exchanges Policy
This new policy applies to new orders placed after 9/1/2025. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn‘t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Within 7 Days
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. For quality-related issues, please provide clear photographs of both the front and back of the dress. However, if a return is insisted upon, shipping costs and a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
2. 7-14 Days
Within 7 to 14 days, only exchanges or partial compensation will be considered. Returns are not accepted. However, if a return is insisted upon, shipping costs and a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
3. After 14 Days
No returns or exchanges will be accepted beyond 14 days from the receipt of the order.
Notes: If you need to return clothes, please check whether the clothes have any odor or dirt before sending them back to avoid incurring cleaning fees.
- If returned clothing displays minor odors or stains that do not impact its resale value, a cleaning fee of $20 will be applied to each item.
- However, clothing that is heavily soiled or missing accessories will be considered non-resalable and will not be eligible for a refund.
- If an item develops an odor after being tried on, we recommend airing it out before returning it.
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs, duties, and taxes.
4. Custom Size Orders:
Custom orders are made specifically for the customer and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there are significant quality issues.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will not charge any restocking fees.
If the package is intact, if the following clothing quality problems occur, worldprom will bear the full return fee.
- Clothes are untied or damaged
- Accessories under the same order are missing
- Customized clothes do not match the size
If the package is damaged, please keep the order and the original packaging of the package. Worldprom will assist users in contacting the courier to make a claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you choose to exchange the product for your reasons (wrong size or color, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
